After discovering via DNA test that I hail from the Yoruba tribe, I have been trying to learn the language. I have purchased paper back & ebooks (which are ok), but I was seeking an interactive & fun way to learn Yoruba before visiting Yorubaland in Nigeria! Now it looks like this app will help accelerate my learning via fun interactive games & songs!

I just couldnt resist giving this app a rating. The sounds, display and pronunciation are out of this world. Easy to learn due to the voice clarity. Very suitable for kids and adults. To Madam Florence Onukwa and every one behind the making of this app, much love. God bless you all. Thank you.

I can't believe it is free. Very intuitive and a great tool for digital natives. The music is also hard core Igbo and evokes the best of all nostalgia! Thank you for building such a great tool.

I'm so thankful for this app. A few years ago while I was trying to learn the Yoruba language, I participated in a survey to help with the app content. I was just in high school but now that I'm older and have a job, I'm so glad that I've been able to pay for the app. It is beautifully made and worth every dime. Thank you Yoruba 101 team. Keep spreading the knowledge! e sé
